Running: First, you feel like dying then you feel like living

It’s an old saying that ‘a healthy mind lives in a healthy body’. We all have heard this from one or the other source. People know this statement but it looks as if they have forgotten the meaning of this statement. In fact, studies show that in the last 3 decades the global obesity percentage has gone up to 39% and of which 8% are severely obese. Today, living in technologically the most advanced era people often find it hard to get time from their busy schedules for exercising or do any physical activity.

But there is a sigh of relief for those who have no time at all for exercising. Many studies have shown that running has an enormous number of health benefits on the human mind and body. So, don’t you think it is like killing two birds with one stone!
